UNICEF and World Vision are two charities both rated four stars by Charity Navigator (http://www.charitynavigator.org/) who accept cell phone text donations for Japan - an easy way to donate by texting and having a $10 amount added to your phone bill.

UNICEF:
text JAPAN to 864233 to make a $10 donation

World Vision:
text 4JAPAN to 20222 to make a $10 donation
