Since this is the Holiday Season, I thought I would let you know about this 'Christmas Carol' tale with a modern twist written a little over two years ago.
Then there is this petition just recently put together. It has been written for a broad appeal mentioning the need for banning noncompete contracts, then focusing on a specific solution: 'Community Dialysis Houses'. This while also talking about the need to get rid of the exemption to the Stark Law the kidney doctors have - something that could be done at the federal level.
