The complainant alleged the facility failed to provide adequately trained staff to provide care to patients. According to the complainant, on more than one occasion the patient has been a witness to staff members inability to perform the necessary care required by him/her and other patients. Based on observations, patient and staff interviews, the facility failed to follow through on the grievance process. Specifically, the facility failed to resolve the issue, in a timely manner, of uncomfortable temperatures in the area where the patients are dialyzed.
